Established in 1999, we are a Precision Toolmaking firm, with expertise in design and manufacture of Plastic Mould Tools and Pressure Diecast Tools (Zinc or Aluminium).

Injection moulding capabilty. Located directly behind our toolroom is our state of the art plastic moulding facility. Stocking various Borche moulding machines and an overhead crane. With our largest press being 500T and our smallest at 80T we can handle a large variety of projects effectively.

From Design To Production

Production Timeline

Understanding your specifications to ensure project goals , material selection , tolerances and requirements are met.

Using DFM techniques like draft analysis and plastic flow simulation ensures accurate, high-quality part moulding by identifying potential issues early in the design process.

Using CAD design tools for mould creation, we take your part and precisely model it into a mould. This design is then sent to the machine factory for accurate and efficient production.

Once the mould has been manufactured, it is taken to our state-of-the-art moulding facility for testing. The resulting samples will be delivered to you for thorough inspection and approval.

Once the samples are approved, we can move forward with scheduling an initial production run. During this phase, our focus will be on maintaining consistent quality across every shot.
